This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.06.2018, to execute sale deed in his favour on receipt of the entire sale consideration.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel for the TNSCB.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.06.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
