Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the third respondent comprised the impugned prospectus for admission to MBBS/BDS Courses 2017-18 session and in particular, Clause thereof, and all proceedings pursuant thereto, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently, direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to attend and participate in the counselling scheduled to be conducted by the third respondent for admission to I MBBS/BDS course in Government and self financing MBBS/BDS colleges for 2017-18 session.
