ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 06.06.2014 by removing wrong entry made in Patta No.288 bearing Resurvey No.174/14A and 174/14B situated in Ashakalathur Village, Kallakurichi Taluk, Villupuram District, the petitioner's concern to secure the ends of justice.

There is no appearance for the petitioner. Heard, Mr.M.R.Gokul Krishnan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuance of notice to the respondents 2 and 3 herein and after giving them an opportunity of hearing, within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of. 4.
