ORDER

The petition has been filed to direct the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 10.06.2025 on merits.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner had executed a settlement deed in respect of his house property in favour of his wife. But, without verifying the above fact, the fourth respondent herein issued an ownership certificate in favour of the petitioner's brother. Therefore, the petitioner filed an appeal before the respondents to cancel the fake ownership certificate issued in favour of his brother, for which, there is no response till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the relief now sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's petition dated 10.06.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
