This application has been filed by the petitioner seeking to implead the Block Development Officer, Omalur, Salem District as fifth respondent in the writ petition.

Mr.S.Kamalesh Kannan, learned Government Advocate, taking notice on behalf of the proposed fifth respondent, states that he has no objection to the petition being allowed.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the writ petition.
