ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging order dated 08.04.2022, passed by the third respondent, thereby called upon the petitioner herein to submit readiness of compensation amount and to direct the respondents herein to extend the time for completion of work and pay the yield compensation of coconut tree and other trees during stringing work directly to the land owners.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has been considered by the respondents.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
