ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to issue a No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA i.e. cross relaxation massage in the name and style of "Elite Saloon and Spa" at No.2A, Plot No.15, Velampalayam Post, Avinashi Road, Tirupur Town, Tirupur District by passing orders on the petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2023.

2. Learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2023 is available with the respondent. The representation would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2023 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
