ORDER

This Court does not find any violation of the Court's order, for the simple reason that the petitioner himself has stated that the respondent has removed the bunk shop on the ground that it is causing public nuisance. Contempt Petition No.1965 of 2018 petitioner has not obtained licence from the competent authority, namely, the Corporation of Chennai. Therefore, the contempt petition stands closed.
