ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 16.03.2022 for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b) and 307 of IPC in Crime No.54 of 2022, seeks bail.

2. The petitioner herein in retaliation to the murder of his father, under the pretext of questioning him for throwing stones in the poultry shop, attacked the husband of the defacto complainant and caused severe injury.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that the injured is still in hospital and not out of danger. Recording the same, this Criminal Original petition for bail is dismissed.
