O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the C.C.No.169 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pochampalli and quash the complaint in C.C.No.169 of 2019, in so far as the petitioner herein concerned.

2.Heard both sides.

3.When this Court expressed its opinion to dismiss the Criminal Original Petition, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the petition.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

5.However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, personal appearance of the petitioner herein is dispensed with before the Judicial Magistrate, Pochampalli, in C.C.No.169 of 2019. Further the Judicial Magistrate, Pochampalli, is directed to complete the trial within a period of 9 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
