Respondent in both the petitions Common Prayer: This criminal Original petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS., to (i) amend the alleged act of offence as "Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS)" instead of "Indian Penal Code (IPC)" in the above Crl.OP.No.3092 of 2026 which was ordered by this Court on 10.02.2026 and (ii) to extend another two weeks of time for executing a bond before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ponneri, Thiruvallur by order dated 10.02.2026 in Crl.OP.No.3092 of 2026.

COMMON ORDER These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to amend the conditions imposed on the petitioner for the alleged act of offence as BNS instead of IPC and (ii) to extend another two weeks time for executing a bond before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ponneri, Thiruvallur in Crl.OP.No.3092 of 2026 dated 10.02.2026.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that in the order copy instead of referring as Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) it has been wrongly mentioned as "Indian Penal Code (IPC)"., which resulted in mistake in the order copy. Now, he seeks amendment in the petition as well as in the order copy.
3. There is no serious objections by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the intervener.
4. In view of the above submissions, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Further, two weeks time is extended to the petitioners to surrender and execute the sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ponneri, Tiruvallur District.
5. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the order copy as well as in the petition and issue fresh order copy. 23-03-2026 DRL
