ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] Seeking 30 days ordinary leave for the convict prisoner C.Rajmohan (CT No.6584), the petitioner, who is his wife, gave a representation dated 05.04.2022 and thereafter filed this petition for a writ of mandamus.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the representation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
dated 05.04.2022 was considered by the Superintendent, Central Prison, Coimbatore and rejected by order dated 22.04.2022 on the ground that the convict prisoner does not satisfy the threshold conditions as required by Rule 21 of Tamil Nadu Suspension of Sentence Rules, 1982 for the grant of 30 days ordinary leave. A copy of the order dated 22.04.2022 is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
3. Recording the same, this writ petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said rejection order in accordance with law. No costs.
