ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to complete investigation and to file a final report in FIR No.124 of 2020 on the file of the 2nd respondent police within the stipulated period.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number, no final report is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

filed till date.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of six months.

5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
