This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the condition imposed by this Court in the order dated 14.03.2023 passed in Crl.R.C.No.431 of 2023 that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs Only) for the return of vehicle viz., Tipper Lorry bearing Registration No.TN-32-Q-6559 to the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, who appeared through video conferencing.

3.Since the petitioner claimed to be the owner of the above said vehicle, he was directed to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs Only) for the interim custody of the Tipper Lorry bearing Registration No.TN-32-Q-6559. I find no merits in the contention of the petitioner and accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition seeking modification is dismissed.
