2. It is stated that when the receiver S.Dakshanamurthy, tried to take possession of the vehicle bearing registration No.TN20-BS-2518, he was obstructed by the mechanic. Therefore, permission is sought for a direction to R-5, Virugambakkam Police Station to give necessary protection to seize the vehicle.

3. In view of the specific reason given, such direction is issued, the Inspector of Police, R-5, Virugambakkam Police Station is directed to provide necessary protection to the receiver S.Dakshanamurthy, to seize the vehicle bearing registration No.TN20-BS-2518.

4. Further report related to the seizure of vehicle to be filed on 01.12.2022. Call on 01.12.2022.
