The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a mandamus to direct the first respondent to return the admission fees paid by him and all the original certificates to him. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the original certificates were returned to the petitioner and hence, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.In view of the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
