Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to refund a sum of Rs.5,02,500/- with interest at 24% per annum from 25/5/2010 till the date of repayment. O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI,J.,) This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to refund a sum of Rs.5,02,000/- with interest at 24% per annum from 25/5/2010 till the date of repayment.

2. Heard Mr. S.Sethuraman for the petitioner. Mr.Jayesh B.Dolia for M/s.Aiyar & Dolia for the first respondent and Mr.K.Balamurali for M/s.Shivakumar and Suresh for the second respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent Bank has handed over the Bank's Pay Order bearing No.709728 dated 22nd July, 2015 drawn on Indian Bank, Ethiraj Salai for a sum of Rs.5,02,500/- (Rupees Five lakhs two thousand and five hundred only), as sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
