The dispute between the petitioner and one Jayapaul regarding the administration of Church has led to registration of complaint and also the proceedings under Section 145 of Cr.P.C has been initiated. Under the said circumstances, the present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking police protection having ignited the trouble causing disturbance to the public peace.

2. The petitioner now seeks police protection presumably to continue his illegal activity with the protection of police. This Court cannot be privy to such dubious design. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
