The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the online representation in 2018/0103/03/094585, dated 28.06.2018, in proper perspective in the light of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.957/2018/M1 dated 24.05.2018 and consequently, amend the pattadar namely the petitioner's name as N.R.Sridharan, S/o.N.P.Ramanujam for Survey Nos.79/6, 79/7, 199/2 and 297/1A2A1 of No.121, Nanmangalam Village, Sholinganallur Taluk,

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted an online representation dated 28.06.2018, to the respondents, claiming the same relief as prayed in this writ petition, but, the said representation is yet to be disposed of by the respondents. However, the learned counsel submitted that it would suffice, if the representation dated 28.06.2018 made by the petitioner is directed to be considered by the respondents, on merits.

3. Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, submitted that the respondents may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.06.2018 and pass orders in accordance with law.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's online representation dated 28.06.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
