Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to grant bail with condition to appear before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further order relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18002/2018 vide order dated 26.07.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.S.MANNARSAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18002 of 2018 dated 25.07.2018.

2. This Court, while granting bail to the petitioner imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18002 of 2018 dated 25.07.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is directed to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
