O.P.No.388 of 2022 O.P.No.388 of 2022 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J., The Original Petition filed under Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925, seeking Succession Certificate with respect to the securities in the name of George Thomas, the father of the petitioner herein, who died intestate on 23.01.2020.

2. The details of the securities have been given in the schedule to the Original Petition.

3. The mother of the petitioner, Mrs.Annie George, died on 29.05.2020. The petitioner had a brother, Ageth George and it is stated that he died a bachelor, on 07.07.2004.

4. After following due procedure, the petitioner was directed to tender evidence.

5. The petitioner was examined as P.W.1. The Death Certificate of her brother was marked as EX.P1 and the Death Certificate of the father was marked as Ex.P2 and the Death Certificate of the mother was marked as Ex.P4. The Legal Heirship Certificate of the father was marked as Ex.P3. The details regarding the holdings of the securities were marked as Ex.P10.
