Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to first respondent order dated 7/4/2015 Ref.No.375/TCP/Board/J(D)/2015/674 to the third respondent and quash the same and consequently to direct the first and second respondents to demolish the unauthorised building of the third respondent's premises bearing Door No.146, Thiruvallurvar Salai, Pillaithottam, Puducherry.
