This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.OP.No.1415 of 2023 by order dated 30.01.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and the charge sheet has been filed in Spl.S.C.No.191 of 2022 before the learned Special Judge for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Vellore.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the learned Special Judge for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Vellore on 02.05.2023 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned trial Judge.
