O R D E R

By way of filing this writ petition, the petitioner Association seeks to quash the impugned order dated 18.01.2017 passed by the second respondent / the Deputy Zonal Manager, Indian Bank-Agri Banking Cell, Zonal Office, Puducherry, in and by which, the Branch Manager of the Indian Bank was directed to ensure to have two appraisers by the end of January, 2017, so as to held speedy disbursal of jewel loans on all working days. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. It is seen that the first petitioner is the Association of Jewel Appraisers of Indian Bank. It is also further seen that earlier the petitioner Association had filed a writ petition in W.P.No.33464 of 2014 seeking to regularize the services of its members and this Court, by order dated 25.08.2015, disposed of the said writ petition directing the Bank to conduct a detailed enquiry. However, in the appeal, the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court, by order dated 22.11.2016 passed in W.A.No.1564 of 2015, set aside the order of the learned Single Judge with a direction to the petitioner Association to approach the Industrial Tribunal with regard to their plea seeking regularization of their services.

4. Therefore, in view of the above, now, the petitioner Association has to approach only the Industrial Tribunal to work out their remedy. However, without availing such an opportunity as directed by the Hon'ble Division Bench, it is not known how they have filed the present writ petition with a prayer cited supra. Thus, in such view of the matter, the writ petition fails and the same is dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
