In view of the order passed hereunder, notice is not necessary to the respondents.

2. The petitioner herein is the Plaintiff in O.S.No.404 of 2002 and the appellant in A.S.No.15 of 2011.

3. A perusal of the 'A' Diary notings shows that the petitioner herein/appellant therein completed the arguments in the appeal on 23.04.2013.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that the appeal is not disposed of till date, though two years have lapsed.

5. Since the arguments of the petitioner/appellant was heard two years ago, a direction is issued to the Appellate Court to dispose of the appeal in A.S.No.15 of 2011 as well as the interim applications that are pending within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
