Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing first respondent to declare the sale deed dated 07.09.2015 registered as Doc.No.3391 of 2015 registered in favour of the third respondent is not a sale at all in the light of order passed by Supreme Court in SLP No 6989 of 2021 dated 22.11.2021 in Kewal Krishnan Vs Rajesh Kumar and consequently direct second respondent to enter such cancellation in encumbrance certificate.
