JAYACHANDRAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.5415 of 2022 IN CRL OP.1214/2022 M.MURUGAN [ PETITIONER ] Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, CCB TEAM-16, LAND GRABBING WING, OFFICE OF COMMISSIONER OF POLICE, CHENNAI (CRIME NO.159/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner shall report before investigating officer every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No. 2413/2022 in Crl.O.P.No. 1214/2022 order dated 03.03.2022 in Crime No. 159/2021 pending investigation on the file of the respondent police.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.IYYAPPARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2413 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.1214 of 2022 dated 03.03.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed with the condition to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
