PRAYER: This Contempt petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act, praying to punish the respondents for the wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 01.08.2017 passed in W.P.No.11668 of 2013.

O R D E R

This Contempt petition is filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondents for the wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 01.08.2017 passed in W.P.No.11668 of 2013.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mrs.P.Kavitha, learned Government Advocate produced a proceedings issued by the Joint Director, Department of Vocational Education, Chennai made in Na.Ka.No.32344/V1/E3/2013 dated 06.02.2019 in which the order of this Court in W.P.No.11668 of 2013, dated 01.08.2017 has been complied with and the learned counsel for the petitioner also agreed the same.

4. Recording the submissions made by both parties, this Contempt petition is closed. No costs.
