ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition for the issuance of the Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent and third respondent to consider the representation made as per Section 52 of Wakf Act, 1995 dated 31.01.2022.
2. This writ petition is disposed after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents and after dispensing with counter of
the respondents as I do not propose to make any observation on the merits of the case.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has given a representation dated 31.01.2022 to the first and third respondent to consider the representation given under Section 52 of the Wakf Act, 1995 and to take steps to cancel the documents which have been registered contrary to Provisions of the Walk Act, 1995.
4. This writ petition stands disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.01.2022 and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
