ORDER

The revision petitioner in compliance with the order of this Court dated 08.04.2019, has filed an affidavit of undertaking, undertaking to vacate the premises on or before 08.12.2019 and has also undertaken to pay the arrears of rent totalling a sum of Rs.32,500/- within a period of two weeks from today and shall continue to pay the rents without demur.

The affidavit of undertaking is taken on file and the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of on the terms there of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
