The petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.2543 of 2014 dated 24.10.2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Foreshore Estate Police Station (Crime), Chennai.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the second respondent are present. There was no interim order in this case.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), appearing for the first respondent submitted that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed by the respondent police before the concerned Magistrate.
