ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed upon the petitioner in para 8(b) in Crl.OP.No.3993 of 2026 dated 18.02.2026 directing that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m, for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation".

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is aged about 71 years and, considering his health condition, prayed for modification of the said condition.

3. There is no serious objections by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

4. Considering the age of the petitioner, who is about 71 years, this Court modifies the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.8(b) in Crl.OP.No.3993 of 2026 dated 18.02.2026 to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the Dhally Police Station, Tiruppur District, daily at 10.30 a.m, for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation". All other conditions shall remain unaltered.
