ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondent to register the case on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 08.06.2020.

2. The Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent enquired about the complaint and found that all the allegations are general in nature and there is no specific allegation as against the accused person.

3. Considering the allegations levelled as against the accused persons, the complaint was forwarded to the District Collector for appropriate action under Reference No.4525 of 2020 on 22.06.2020. 4. Recording, the said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
