ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a mandamus directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of her representation dated 01.10.2009. 2.After hearing both sides and upon persual of the records, it could be seen that for mutation of patta, the petitioner submitted an application on 01.10.2009, which, according to the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, has not been considered so far.

3.In such circumstances, this Court is of the view that the relief sought for herein cannot be considered at this distant point of time, since resurvey of various properties has been done and resurvey numbers have also been allotted. However, this Court permits the petitioner to submit a fresh representation with regard to the claim made in this writ petition along with the required documents to the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation, the first respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as all the necessary parties, if any, within a period of four weeks thereafter. 4.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
