ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in the order dated 05.02.2026 in Crl.OP.No.2433 of 2026 as to appear before the Dhally Police Station, Tiruppur instead of directing the petitioner to appear before the Gudimangalam Police Station daily at 10.30. am.

2. There is no serious objection raised by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police.

3. Therefore, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is 'ordered' as prayed for.
