This petition has been filed to direct the 4th respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 25.04.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that, on the complaint given by the 3rd petitioner, petition enquiry was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

conducted and the same was closed on 10.08.2016 and a copy of the closure report has also been forwarded to the petitioners by registered post.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners also produced a copy of the closure report.

Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to workout their remedies in the manner known to law.
