Prayer in W.P.No.21822 of 2018 Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records pertaining to the impugned Government Order in G.O.(1D) No.403 dated 29.05.2018 on the file of the respondent No.1 and to quash the same insofar as Clause No.8(i) is concerned, consequently, directing the respondents to consider to transfer the petitioner in the vacancies arising out of upgradation pursuant to G.O.166 dated 07.08.2018 and vacancies arising out of promotion for the post of District Educational Officers from the post of Headmasters in Coimbatore District.
