This Application has been filed to condone the delay of 1587 days.

Though notice was served on the respondents none has entered appearance.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the affidavit.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated for the delay.

However, in view of the delay of 1587 days, the petitioners are not entitled to claim any interest for the delay period of 1587 days in the event of this Court enhancing the compensation.

Accordingly, the delay is condoned.

6.Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and the list the same in due course.
