The learned counsel appearing for the official respondents submitted that the impugned tender was recalled by the respondents and new tender was floated and vide order dated 26.09.2018 the work has been awarded to M/s.7X24 Enterprises, Salem. Hence, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 2/4

2.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
