ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent Police to register a case, on the complaint dated 31.05.2016, given by the petitioner and to investigate the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner has not attached any proof for having given the complaint to the respondent-Police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. It is seen that the petitioner's daughter Divya Bharathi is in love with one Saravanan and that the petitioner's husband has opposed the marriage, since Saravanan belongs to different community. Therefore, the petitioner apprehends that her husband will murder Divya Bharathi.

5. The petitioner and her daughter are directed to go in person and lodge a fresh complaint before the second respondentPolice and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action taken in accordance with law. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
