This writ petition has been filed challenging the notice dated 01.03.2021 issued by the second respondent thereby prohibiting the petitioner to proceed with the construction work of poultry farm. 2.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survive in this petition. He also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect. 3.

Considering the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
