This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 24.06.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It appears that this petitioner has lodged a complaint dated 24.06.2015 with the Commissioner of Police, Tirupur City and it is not known, whether the said complaint has been received by the 2nd respondent.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint in person to the 2nd respondent and on such https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complaint being given, the 2nd respondent is directed to enquire the same and take action in accordance with law.
