This application has been filed to bring on record the LR's of the 7th defendant. The notice has sent to the proposed parties have returned "unclaimed".

2.The learned counsel for the defendants 6 to 9 submits that he has no objection for the application being allowed.

3.Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the application is only to bring on record the LR's of the deceased 7th defendant who will anyway be served with summons, once impleadment is ordered. Hence, no prejudice would be caused to the proposed parties, if the application is ordered and the application has also been filed in time. The application is ordered.

Amendment shall be carried out and amended copy of the plaint shall be filed on or before 12.08.2024.
