O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J) Petitioner is the wife of the detenu, Guna @ Gunasekaran S/o.Maran, who has been branded as 'Goonda' under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of second respondent passed in BCDFGISSSV No.694/2018 dated 11.08.2018. Such order is under challenge herein.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, would submit that the detention order passed against the husband of petitioner in BCDFGISSSV No.694/2018 dated 11.08.2018 on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.4184, Home, Prohibition and Excise (X) Department, dated 28.09.2018 and produced a copy of the said order.

In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
