PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 12 to consider and thereby disposing the representation made by petitioner on 20.10.2019, 28.02.2020, 05.03.2020, 22.04.2020, 22.05.2020 and 08.02.2021 to remove the encroachment thereby cancelled all the fabricated deeds which is obtained by BHEL PIPING CENTER T.NAGAR EMPLOYEES WELFARE SOCIETY AT 19/10, Bazullah Road, T.Nagar, Chennai 17, BHEL CITY AT Kancheepuram District, (Now Chengalpattu District), Thiruporur Taluk (Now Vandalur Taluk), Thazhambur, Survey No:165/1(1.2.50)Acers 3.03 Cent, Survey No.171/4(1.21.50) Acers 3.03 Cent and other related survey numbers as mention on Rc.No.K2/5523/2019 dated 27.7.2020, of 2nd respondents herein measuring an extent of nearly 250 Acers out of 600 Acers Government Anatheenam Land and also disconnect the water, electricity and drainage connections situated therein in Apartment, residence, commercial or any type of buildings thereon.

The learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the State would submit that the Hon'ble First Bench of this Court passed an order constituting a Committee to conduct a survey of the subject property in Thazhambur Village, Chengalpattu District and that the Committee has undertaken the process of identifying the irregularities, illegalities and encroachments etc.,

Since a Committee has already been constituted and has initiated action to conduct the survey and for further actions, no adjudication on the grounds raised in the present writ petition needs to be undertaken at this stage.The matter is now sub-judice before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Subject to the orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the parties are at liberty to redress their grievance, if any exist in the manner known to law. 5/8

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
