The petitioner has filed this petition aggrieved by the disobedience of the order dated 22.03.2024 made in W.P.No. 11017 of 2012, by the respondents.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondent has filed W.A.No.777 of 2025 challenging the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.11017 of 2012 dated 22.03.2024 and the same has been disposed of by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court on 07.04.2025 and therefore, the cause in the present Contempt Petition does not survive.

3. Recording the submission made by the leaned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs. K.SURENDER J.
