Seeking a direction to the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.6/2014 within the stipulated period, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the investigation has been conducted and a final report has been filed in C.C.No.312 of 2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvallur.
