( Civil Appellate Jurisdiction ) Friday, the Seventh day of January Two Thousand Twenty Two PRESENT THE HON`BLE MS.JUSTICE V.M.VELUMANI CRP(PD).NO.3637 OF 2016 P.BALARAMAN [ PETITIONER ] Vs M.K.SATHIAMURTHI [ RESPONDENT ] Petitions under Article 227, Constitution of India, filed against the order and decree dated 19.09.2016 in I.A.NO.127 of 2016 in O.S.NO.16 of 2012, on the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vellore (CRP(PD).NO.3637/2016) Order: This petition coming or for Extension of time on the Friday, the Seventh day of January Two Thousand Twenty Two and perusing the earlier order dated 11.02.2021 and letter dated 16.12.2021 vide D.No.1398/2021 from the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vellore, this court made the following order:- By the order dated 11.02.2021, this Court dismissed the Civil Revision Petition with a direction to the Trial Court to complete the trial within a period of three months from the date of impleading the LRs of the sole defendant.

2.The learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vellore, by a letter to the Registry dated 16.12.2021, seeks a month's time to dispose the case on merits on the ground that plaintiff and defendant side evidence were over and the case is posted for arguments and hence, speedy disposal of the case has been delayed.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vellore, one month time is hereby granted to complete the trial in O.S.No.16 of 2012, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
