Admittedly, the order impugned is revisable under Section 80 A of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act. 2.In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition. However, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to exhaust the alternative remedy within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As and when such a revision is filed, the revisional authority shall decide the same on merits, without rejecting the revision on the ground of limitation. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
