2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent and he has no serious objection for allowing this petition.

Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. In view of the amendment made today, two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to execute the sureties before the satisfaction Court. 18.03.2026 mp Note: Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the order and issue corrected order copy to the parties.
